Exchange and return policy

Exchanges:

For exchanges, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the product to send it to ACPCLIMA: ALWAYS CHEAP PRICE, S.L., following the steps in the Changes and Returns Form.

The exchange options that we offer are the following:

     • Exchanges for products of the same value: the change is made and no additional charge or refund is generated.

     • Exchanges for lower value products: a refund will be made in your favor for the difference between the new product (of lower value) and the product initially purchased (of higher value). This value will be credited to the card used in the original transaction or, if applicable, to PayPal. You must bear in mind that 2 to 3 business days are necessary for the disbursement to be reflected on the card.

     • Exchanges for higher value products: the product must be returned and a new order must be generated.

Returns

To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money, you have up to 14 days to return the product. Use the contact form indicating the subject "returns and refunds" next to the order number. Packages must be reviewed upon delivery by the customer and must comply with the following review and inspection rules:

     • In the event that you detect a problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, damaged items, missing products or erroneous shipments) you must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note describing exactly the anomalies, which must be demonstrate (with photos).

     • It will not be valid to express only "according to except examination".

     • Photos of the external packaging and of the material itself must be sent, showing the damage caused to the purchased product and the shipping label (at a legible distance).

ACPCLIMA: ALWAYS CHEAP PRICE, S.L. sets a period of 48 hours from receipt of the material to make claims for damages during transport, once this time has elapsed from ACPCLIMA: ALWAYS CHEAP PRICE, S.L. We will make the pertinent claim, although we cannot ensure its favorable resolution.

It is also necessary that a damaged product corresponding to an incident pending resolution must never be installed, used or manipulated until its final resolution. It must remain in the original packaging or, failing that, in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
