This Acti 9 iC60N is a low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB). It consists of a 3P automatic switch with 3 protected poles, a nominal current of 32 A and a trip curve C. It can be mounted on a DIN rail for modular installation. As a circuit breaker, its breaking capacity (in accordance with IEC/EN 60898-1) is 6000 A at 400 V AC. As a circuit breaker, its breaking capacity (according to IEC/EN 60947-2) is 20 kA at 230 V AC and 10 kA at 400 V AC. This miniature circuit breaker protects circuits against short circuits and overloads. It has a degree of protection IP20 (in accordance with IEC/EN 60529) on its terminals. It becomes IP40 once installed in a modular cabinet with insulation category II. Its quick closing mechanism prolongs its useful life.
